Prayer for Kindness

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the opportunity to begin this day with a spirit of kindness. Help every word spoken and every action taken reflect patience, gentleness, and care for others. Open the heart to notice moments when encouragement is needed and when a simple act of kindness can make a difference. Let compassion guide responses and understanding shape interactions.

Remove harshness, impatience, and quick judgment. Replace them with grace, humility, and a willingness to treat others with dignity and respect. Strengthen the desire to build others up rather than tear them down. Let kindness become a natural part of daily life, flowing through conversations, decisions, and small gestures throughout the day.

Thank You for teaching that kindness reflects love and strengthens community. May this day be filled with opportunities to extend warmth, generosity, and compassion to everyone encountered.
